Egypt Your first stop in Egypt will take you to Cairo you will see the great Pyramids touching the 3,500 year old sandstone. What an amazing feeling! One can almost see himself standing beneath that Pyramid during the time when Pharaohs ruled and the Gods were worshiped. In the distance you would see workers building the next pyramid while Queens and Pharaohs would lounge around, supervising. Imagine, Lotus flowers and papyrus growing alongside the majestic river, workers making papyrus paper which would later be placed in the tombs. All the work and effort that was placed into the tombs was incredible and the meaning behind each God and the hieroglyphics are enough to boggle anyone’s mind. Second Stop will be Aswan, Egypt’s sunniest southern city and ancient frontier town located about 81 miles south of Luxor, has a distinctively African atmosphere. Its ancient Egyptian name was Syene. Small enough to walk around and graced with the most beautiful setting on the Nile, the pace of life is slow and relaxing. Days can be spent strolling up and down the broad Corniche watching the sailboats etch the sky with their tall masts or sitting in floating restaurants listening to Nubian music and eating freshly caught fish. Then we will take you to Luxor, often referred to as the “world’s greatest open air museum”, is considered to be the premier travel destination in Upper (southern) Egypt and the Nile Valley. Luxor is sure to captivate you, whether with the ruins of the temple complex at Karnak, the Luxor Temple or with its many other monuments, temples and tombs residing on the West Bank of the Nile where the Pharaohs, their Queens and noblemen of the 2nd millennium B.C. were buried with full religious and ceremonial trappings.

DAY 1
Arrival Cairo

Arrival to Cairo’s airport. Then you will be met by our tour manager who will assist you through all the formalities. Then you will be escorted to the hotel by an air-conditioned van. Overnight in the hotel.

DAY 2
Giza Pyramids – Egyptian Museum – Sleeper Tra

After breakfast at your hotel you will be ready to meet your professional Tour guide to start your 1st day in the land of the pharaohs by visiting the pyramids of Giza (Khufu – Khafra – Menkaura) which considered as one of the wonders of the ancient world , and also you can see the great Sphinx (which was discovered in 1912) in front of the 2nd pyramid of king Khafra – Lunch during the tour at a local restaurant – After that you will be transferred to the Egyptian Museum in Cairo to see the treasures of Pharaohs including the collection of king Tut Ankh Amen (The younger king & the most famous king in the ancient Egyptian history) – After your day tour you will return to your hotel. At 7 PM. Transfer to train station for trip to Aswan. Overnight on train (Sleeper train) (Breakfast_ Lunch_ Dinner)

DAY 3
Nile Cruise

Breakfast on board; upon your arrival to Aswan station you will be met by our representative to transfer you to your deluxe Nile Cruise. After Embarkation, rest of the day at Leisure in Aswan – Overnight in Aswan. (Breakfast_ Lunch_ Dinner)

DAY 4
Nile Cruise

After breakfast you will visit the High Dam, Philae temple – Sail to Kom Ombo, up on arrival visit Temple of Komombo, shared by the two Gods Sobek & Haroeris. Sail to Edfu and Overnight on board. (Breakfast_ Lunch_ Dinner)

DAY 5
Nile Cruise

After breakfast on board Visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu – Sail to Esna. Cross the lock – Sail to Luxor & Overnight on board (Breakfast_ Lunch_ Dinner)

DAY 6
Nile Cruise – Sleeper Train

Disembarkation after breakfast, Cross to the west bank. Visit Valley of Kings, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and Colossi of Memnon. 7 PM. transfer to train station to take your train to Cairo Overnight on train. (Sleeper train) (Breakfast_ Lunch_ Dinner)

DAY 7
Alexandria

Breakfast on board; 7.00 Am. Arrival in Cairo Then transfer by our private A/C Coach to Alexandria. A visit to the open air Roman amphitheatre. Visit to Kom El Shokafa Visit Montazah Park and Palace. Visit Pompey’s Pillar. Panoramic view of the Citadel from the Islamic period. Stop for a Lunch in a local restaurant Then Visit the Bibliotheca the newly rebuilt Library, built to replace the one burnt down during the time of Cleopatra. Return to Cairo for a late arrival. Transfer back to hotel and overnight. (Optional Dinner cruise can be offered upon your request), Overnight in Cairo. (Breakfast_ Lunch)

DAY 8
Departure

Breakfast at the hotel then you will be transferred to Cairo international airport for your final departure. ( Breakfast )

At the foot of the Pyramids, lies the Sphinx, which was discovered in 1912. Continue your tour visiting Memphis, Egypt’s first Capital until the end of the Kingdom, Close to Memphis, we drive to Sakkara, the City of the dead with the famous step Pyramid of Djosser In the end of your tour you will be escorted to Giza Station for your Sleeper Train to Aswan,Dinner and Overnight on board. DAY 3
Arrive Aswan – Abu Simbel

Breakfast on board. Later our tour leader will meet you & accompany you by air-conditioned private car to Abu Simbel. Upon arrival you will you will be met by our representative _transfer to visit the Great temple hewn in rock with the four colossal seated status of the king in front of the entrance. After you finish your tour you will be transferred back to your hotel in Aswan. (Breakfast)

DAY 4
Nile Cruise

Breakfast at the hotel. our steward will meet you & accompany you by air-conditioned private car to the Nile cruise Embarkation. Luxor – Sleeper Train

Disembarkation after breakfast, have a free time in Luxor, ( Optional day tour to visit Karnak temple & Luxor temple can be offered upon your request ) after that you will be transferred to Luxor station for your sleeper train to Cairo. (Breakfast_ Dinner)

DAY 8
Arrive Cairo – Museum – Citadel – Coptic

Breakfast on board, upon your arrival you will be met by our representative to transfer to the hotel to check in. Later meet with your Egyptologist tour guide at the lobby to enjoy your tour visiting The Egyptian Museum, famous for its antiquities from Egypt’s Pharaonic period. Continue your tour to Old Cairo, visiting the oldest part of Cairo to St. Sergious Church, where the Holy Family was hidden while they were in Egypt. Followed by visiting the oldest Jewish Synagogue of Ben Ezra. Visit the Medieval Citadel of Salah El- Din, which contains many structures. Then you will be escorted back to the hotel for overnight. DAY 9
Over Day Alexandria

Breakfast at your hotel our professional English Egyptologist tour guide will meet you at your hotel start your tour from Pompey’s pillar which is column raised in 300 A.D. in honor of Emperor Diocletian, who saved the city of Alexandria from a frightful famine. On the western side of the column is engraved, “To the just Emperor, the god of Alexandria, the invincible Diocletian.” Nevertheless It was called Pompey’s Pillar by the French under certain mistaken impression regarding Pompey’s head. then transfer to visit catacomb kom el shoqafa this necropolis consists of a series of Alexandrian tombs, statues and archaeological objects of the Pharaonic funeral cult with Hellenistic and early Imperial Roman influences, and then transfer to visit the Roman theatre ,The Roman theatre is located in the modern area of Kom El-Dikaa, and dating back to the 2nd century A.D, At the end of the tour you will be visiting the newly-opened Library of Alexandria, if you are interested in the end of your tour you will back to the hotel in Cairo and overnight. DAY 10
Final Departure

DAY 1
Cairo-Bahariya

After breakfast we leave Cairo behind, we start a 370-km on road to Bahariya Oasis. Upon reaching Bahariya, we check in at our Hotel, tour the city, and have lunch. Later we visit the temple of Alexander the great, tombs of the Nobles and the English mountain. Dinner and overnight at Hotel.

DAY 2
Bahariya White Desert

After breakfast we go 160-km on/off road to the black desert and the dune area, we start our climb of a 50meter dune. On route to Farafra we visit the crystal mountain, the area of wonders with The desert roses and the arch. Moving on we head to the White Desert, we start exploring the formations and naturally carved sculptors that resemble both human and animal faces, also the formations that resemble the surface of different planets. The night is spent in the desert, dinner and overnight camping.

DAY 3
White Desert – Farafra – Dakhla

Reaching Farafra oasis 40-km on road we visit the city, bathe in the hot spring, visit the museum of Badr – the local artist – then move on To Dakhla oasis 280-km. Upon reaching Dakhla, we visit the Old Covered City with its oil press, school, Courthouse and dwelling chambers, Muzzawaka & Deir El Hagar, have lunch, dinner and overnight in the Hotel.

DAY 4
Dakhla – Kharga

Leaving Dakhla behind, we head to Kharga 190-km, where we check in to the Hotel. In Kharga, we visit El Bagawat Cemetery, The Temple of Nadura, Kharga museum and the temple of Hibis. Dinner and overnight

DAY 5
Kharga – Luxor

From Kharga we head for Luxor and the end of our tour.
